Overview
The city of Ava, Mo. adopted the following codes:
- The International Building Code, 2012 edition. Ava, Mo. Muni. Code, § 18-38 (adopted) with amendments at § 18-38.1.
- The International Residential Code, 2012 edition. Ava, Mo. Muni. Code, § 18-39 (adopted) with amendments at § 18-39.1.
- The International Property Maintenance Code, 2012 edition. Ava, Mo. Muni. Code, § 18-52 (adopted) with amendments at § 18-53.
- The International Energy Conservation Code, 2012 edition. Ava, Mo. Muni. Code, § 18-46 (adopted) with amendments at § 18-47.
